Our turbo electronic gas fryer was awarded the First Prize in the Category of Sustainability  at the HospitalityIndustry World Congress celebrated during Hostelco 2012 – Barcelona.

Our turbo electronic gas fryer has the following advantageous features :

 

* High performance 25,3 kW turbo gas burner, allowing the oil temperature to increase rapidly.

 * Electronically controlled heating system that economizes energy and oil, assuring herewith a quick response.

* Powerful resistance enabling a very quick elevation of the oil temperature.

* Thermal insulation resistant to high temperatures, maintaining the oil temperature constant and consequently allowing to save still more energy

* Burner with double security system in the motor and thermocouple.

* Multigas: compatible with all kind of gas (by adjusting the injector)

* Manufactured in AISI-304 stainless steel

* Tank base 3mm guaranteed, without weldings

 * Very easy to use
 

This fryer is designed specifically for professional and fast cooking of churros, Spanish fritters, porras, doughnuts, French fries, loempias and other fried foods.
